At Sew Majestic, we take great care in processing and shipping your orders accurately. Due to the nature of our sewing hardware and notions products, we have the following return policy:

No Returns on Customer Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that were ordered correctly and received as described. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Our Mistakes

If we made an error with your order, we will make it right. We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • We shipped the wrong quantity
  • The item arrived damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect
  • We made an error in fulfilling your order

Reporting an Error

If you believe we made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s) received (if applicable)

We will review your claim and, proceed in the appropriate manner for mutual satisfaction. If the error is due to the shipping carrier, we will help you through the claim process.
